SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard shipping on website orders over $75.00 that are shipped to US addresses. Standard shipping may include USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  If you prefer a different shipping method, please email us and let us know before you order at knitsalldone@gmail.com.  Our standard shipping takes from between 1 and 6 days to arrive once your order has left our Florida dye studio. Orders less than $75.00 are charged a flat $6.00 for shipping. Canadian Shipping is a flat USD $24.00 and takes from 6 to 21 days to arrive. For shipping to other countries outside of the US, please email us with your order and your shipping address, and we will reply with your shipping cost. Our email is: knitsalldone@gmail.com.

Most orders are "dyed to order" and require from 5 to 10 business days to be dyed and shipped.  We ship Monday-Saturday.

Questions? Please email us at knitsalldone@gmail.com.

RETURNS

We love yarn, and we want you to love our yarn as much as we do.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase - send us an email and let us know what's up. Send the email to: knitsalldone@gmail.com

We will do our best to make you happy.

If you would like to return your yarn, please email us first and let us know.  Then send the yarn back to:

Knits All Done / Yarn Snob Yarns, 7032 Whittlebury Trail, Bradenton, FL. 34202.

Yarn can be returned for a website credit if it is unwound and in perfect, re-sellable condition.  We reserve the right to deduct the cost of our shipping the yarn to you from your website credit.

Some items, however, are not return returnable - these items include sale yarns and wound yarns.

NATURE OF HAND-DYED YARNS

While we have a lot of yarn in stock at any given time, we don't have every color on every base already dyed and ready to go.  We do our best to get you your yarn as quickly as possible - and this can take up to a week to 10 days.  You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information when your yarn ships.

Also, because our yarns are hand-dyed by Keith in Florida (and not commercially dyed), there will always be some variation in the color of the yarn - it may be a little different than the picture on the website.  Also, when you order a color multiple times - the color may also vary due to changes in dye formulations.  We always suggest buying enough yarn to make your project and an extra skein just in case.
